Terms of Service for "Inner Renewal & Integral Self-Discovery (IRIS)" Program

Our Commitment to You:

Whole Exquisite Self pledges to provide you full access to our 'Inner Renewal & Integral Self-Discovery (IRIS)' training program for the duration agreed upon individually. This includes coaching, group calls, support, and access to our Facebook groups until your graduation date. By adhering to our guidance, you will maintain access to the 'IRIS' online training portal for as long as Whole Exquisite Self operates.

Participant Agreement:

To derive the maximum benefits from our programs, your commitment is essential. We are dedicated to offering all participants a positive experience. Accordingly, Whole Exquisite Self reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to limit, suspend, or terminate your participation without a refund if you:

- Become disruptive, abusive, or difficult to work with.

- Fail to follow the program guidelines.

- Impair the participation of our instructors or other program participants.

Privacy & Confidentiality:

We prioritize your privacy and the confidentiality of all participants in the program. You are required to:

- Respect the intellectual property rights of the program, other participants, and Whole Exquisite Self.

- Maintain the confidentiality of information shared within the program.

- Utilize the provided materials solely as authorized by Whole Exquisite Self or the content creator.

- Acknowledge that any violation of these terms may lead to legal action to prevent further breaches.

Trance States and Movement Practices:

The 'IRIS' program incorporates trance states and movement-based practices for therapeutic benefits. By participating, you agree to:

- Abstain from using any substances that could alter your mental state during these practices.

- Assume full responsibility for seeking additional support if necessary.

- Recognize that while our methods have therapeutic qualities, they do not constitute therapy and should be practiced under personal discretion.

Terms of Sale:

Given the digital and immediately accessible nature of the program, and the significant resources invested in onboarding new clients, all sales are final and non-refundable. Your engagement with our program, especially in its beta stages, signifies your acceptance that some resources may require additional time to become available, and you agree to this condition prior to payment. The digital format of our program also negates any 14-day cooling-off periods, and any changes in your preferences or direction do not affect the finality of the sale. This does not compromise your statutory rights.

Payment:

Payment is required at the time of order via credit/debit card, PayPal, or bank transfer, arranged through a Zoom or telephone consultation with one of our advisers. All program content is available exclusively in English.

Product Delivery:

All our products are digital and therefore exempt from delivery charges.

Contract Duration:

The minimum contract duration with you is 6 weeks, with the possibility of extension by mutual agreement. Any ongoing contract beyond this period can be terminated by emailing hello@wholeexquisiteself.com. Expenses incurred outside of the course fees, as per our recommendations, are your responsibility.

By participating in the 'Inner Renewal & Integral Self-Discovery (IRIS)' program, you acknowledge and agree to these terms, ensuring a respectful, productive, and enriching experience for everyone involved.
